Staff mannerly & helpful in both Reception & Bar. Food good. Full Irish Breakfast.

Staff very friendly. Nothing was much hassle. The hotel will repay up to €3 for parking but the closest carpark is €10 per day but it was a minor issue for us.

Hotel very central, clean, comfortable, fabulous breakfast only thing room we were staying in was quite noisy with ventilation units outside our window running all night.

The Hotel itself looks really great. The staff was nice and professionnel. This hotel is right in the middle of Killarney.It doesn't have its own car park but there are 2 car parks (+/- €4 a day) right in front of it or 5 minutes walk away.
Hotel was very well situated, staff very friendly & helpful, food nice. Room was small especially the bathroom & extremely warm.

We stayed in room 365. The handle's of the drawers were broken We were looking out at a wall, with pipes and units on it. The room was very small.and the wall behind our bed was on to steps going on to rooms.
