When you book a hotel with the Lidl Breaks, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your booking and to communicate with you about your reservation. We also use your email address to send you confirmation of all the details of your booking and the hotel's contact details. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via email newsletter and postal mail, using the details you provided. Before sending you any such information we would always ask for your consent to do so.
When you book a hotel with Lidl-Breaks we ask you for your full name, mailing address, email address, contact telephone number and credit card details. During the course of the booking process your credit card details are deleted and we do not store credit cards details in any format. In order to process your booking your personal details are used to confirm your booking with the hotel and after a short period of time these are also deleted from our system. This is in line with best practice in the Credit Card industry and conforms with the global standards of PCI Compliance (Payment Card Industry compliance standards).
