Room very clean and cosy ,bed large and comfortable ???? Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast superb in the diner, will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Waterford????????????????
Towels not changed, no hair dryer, no t.v. remote, no phone to contact reception, Soap dispensers not refilled. Had to leave hotel and go to diner for breakfast, Breakfast poor, no cereal or juice supplied, Room not serviced during stay,
Very nice and helpful at reception, rooms nice and clean enjoyed our two nights stay.
No bar.. external diner as the restaurant
