Regina was lovely on checking in and a great first contact. I wasn’t aware there was construction on when booking. Smell of paint in corridors and doors open where works were being carried out. Room was standard and clean with lovely updated bathroom. Bit of an inconvenience there was no hairdryer in the room had to request it while downstairs. Then needed an iron and couldn’t use the phone as the cord was loose and couldn’t find the connection. Then we got up the iron and ironing board. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I thought was strange and gave up at that stage. Food was really nice in the restaurant and great service by the staff on evening 05/04. Went to cruises that night and staff were lovely. Good live music and nice staff. Overall hotel room very basic for what the rate paid but staff and food were great.
Great location at a very competitive price. Breakfast n dinner good but service needs a little bit of attention. Full orders never came as staff were under pressure. Would stay here again.

The Queens Hotel is very central and shops restaunts and pubs are only yards away .The hotel is good value for money .Breakfast was first class as was the food in their restaurant. The rooms were warm and comfortable. Ther is a nightclub but noise was not a problem where we were staying. Very capable staff who were friendly .Will definitely stay here again .Ennis is a good friendly town too.Nice friendly people .
The hotel is in a perfect location to the town. Eventhough the hotel is being renovated it didnt impact on our stay. Our TV didn't work in the room so we were given a room change straight away. Breakfast was beautiful.
Was a big wary after reading bad reviews online , but our stay was very much to the contrary of these reviews, room was small and dark facing a building opposite, but that was only thing was not good , it was refurbished and was comfortable with a great shower. Didnt hear a sound during night, AND during trad fest ..breakfast cooked to order and served till 12oclock,,All staff were excellent from checkin to dining to bar , would definitely stay there again.

Nice Hotel comfortable room clean,missed not having a kettle in room, breakfast was 10. Stayed in room 216 not a quiet room noise kept us awake until 2 35 am no ear plugs in room.
